📝 Ingredients:
For Paratha (Makes 4):

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp oil or ghee

1/2 tsp salt

Warm water (as needed)
For Egg Bhuna:

3 boiled eggs
-
1 large onion (finely sliced)
-
1 tomato (chopped)
-
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-
1/2 tsp red chili powder
-
1/2 tsp cumin powder
-
Salt to taste
-
3 tbsp oil
-
Fresh coriander (optional)
👩🍳 Preparation:
🍽️ Paratha:

Mix flour, salt, and 2 tbsp oil.

Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.

Divide into balls, roll into flat circles.

Fry each side on a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
🍳 Egg Bhuna:

Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato, and all spices. Cook until oil separates.

Add boiled eggs and cook gently for 5–7 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander if desired.

Serve warm parathas with hot egg bhuna and a cup of milk tea or black tea. A perfect start to a Bangladeshi morning!
